Shipping and Returns

Due to the nature of our product we ask you to choose carefully, as we cannot offer refunds.

Duplicate orders cannot be refunded.
Delays of a few minutes may be encountered if there is high traffic, either on our site, or the Paypal site, slowing down your confirmation.

You have two days and four attempts to download. We suggest you download the file prior to listening to the complete file.  If you should encounter a problem please contact Sales

Our Backing Tracks are delivered to your account within the " Total Sound Store". And only after your payment is confirmed using Paypal. will your purchase be available to download to a folder on your PC.

If you should receive a corrupted file please let us know and we will gladly email you a copy of your purchase.
