Instructions:

• Return to your account at Total Sound.
• Click "My Account" located in the top bar of the web site.
• Click "View" for  your order information
• Click "download" to save the Zip file to a destination file on your hard drive.
• Then double click the zip file and drag the MP3 to the same destination on your hard drive.
• Then double click the MP3 file and it will play in your default media player.
  
  If the system says the Zip file is corrupt, downlaod it again overrighting the original zip file.

The system allows 2 days to download your track. Please download as soon as you can.

If you would like me to send the track as an "attachment" please adjust your security settings to allow attachments and let me know you would like this to happen.

UNZIP

You need to UNZIP each downloaded song file archive before you can play the mp3 song within it, in media player or Itunes.

If you have XP or later A Zip progrm is already built in. All you have to do to access the MP3 is double click the zip file you downloaded and extract the MP3

Instructions for other operating systems

1 Before playing any of the media files, they must be extracted from the ZIP file. 7-ZIP is a free un-zip application that can be downloaded from here. If you are unsure about your processor specifications, download the 32-bit EXE file.

2 When prompted for the file download, choose Save.

3 Save the file to an easily accessable location such as My Documents by clicking the icon on the left. Once My Documents is selected, click Save

4 Once the file download has completed, click Run to launch the setup application

5 Depending on your browser security settings, you may be prompted with a security warning. Simply click Run

6 Once the setup application has launched, click Install to install the application to the default folder.

7 After the installation has completed, click Finish.

8 Located the ZIP file, right-click, and select Extract Here from the 7-Zip sub-menu.

9 Depending of the file size, you will be prompted with a progress dialog

10 After the file(s) have been extracted from the ZIP files, you may safely delete your downloaded ZIP file. Right-click on the ZIP file and choose Delete. Make sure you do not delete the extracted MP3 file(s).

11 Confirm your file deletion.
